Keith Barton concentrates his efforts on the management, marketing, and development of representation of clients across the entire United States. He devotes his legal knowledge and management expertise to the representation of victims of dangerous pharmaceutical drugs, medical malpractice, birth injury, product liability, general negligence and motor vehicle accidents across the country.
Mr. Barton grew up in Nevada and graduated from University of Houston in 1989. He then pursued his law degree at South Texas School of Law graduating in December 1991. Mr. Barton was admitted to the Texas and Utah bars in 1992. Today, Keith Barton represents thousands of clients from all over the United States.
Among his accomplishments, Mr. Barton administered the firm's role in representing thousands of clients injured by Fen-Phen, as well as hundreds of clients who had Silicone Gel Breast Implant claims and is currently working on hundreds of Vioxx claims. Mr. Barton has relationships with attorneys across the nation to best represent those clients.
Keith Barton is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Utah Trial Lawyers Association.
