Melissa D. Fulkerson

Melissa Fulkerson is a 2005 graduate from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law. She received her Bachelor of Science from Weber State University and was an intercollegiate basketball player for Western Wyoming Community College and New Mexico Highlands University. Melissa began her practice at the Salt Lake City Legal Defenders Association where she was a trial Attorney in the misdemeanor division. Melissa has chaired both felony and numerous misdemeanor jury trials. The majority of her trial work has been in the area of defending DUI cases. She is a graduate of the Western Trial Advocacy Institute in Laramie, Wyoming.  Melissa is licensed to practice in the State of Utah.
