Keith L. Barton
Keith Barton concentrates his efforts on the management, marketing, and development of representation of clients throughout the United States. He devotes his legal knowledge and management expertise to the representation of victims of dangerous pharmaceutical drugs, medical malpractice, birth injury, product liability, general negligence, and motor vehicle accidents.
Mr. Barton grew up in Nevada and graduated from the University of Houston in 1989. He then pursued his law degree at South Texas School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor degree in 1991. Mr. Barton was admitted to the Texas and Utah bars in 1992. Today, Keith Barton aggressively represents thousands of clients from all over the United States in personal injury cases.
Among his accomplishments, Mr. Barton administered the firm’s role in representing thousands of clients injured by the dangerous pharmaceutical drugs, Fen-Phen and Vioxx. He has also represented hundreds of clients with Silicone Gel Breast Implant claims. Mr. Barton has relationships with attorneys across the nation to best represent the interests of injured clients.
Keith Barton is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of American and the Utah Trial Lawyers Association. Keith is admitted to practice in both state and federal court in Idaho, Washington, Texas, and Utah.
