Josie E. Brumfield

Josie Brumfield is a 2005 graduate from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English from University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Josie worked as a law clerk for the Appellate Division with Salt Lake Legal Defender Association during law school, and upon being admitted to the Utah Bar accepted a position with the Legal Defenders Association. She practiced as an appellate attorney, arguing cases in the Utah Court of Appeals, and then transferred to practice as a trial attorney. Josie has tried many cases and has vast experience handling DUIs, Assault, and Domestic Violence cases. She is a graduate of the Western Trial Advocacy Institute in Laramie, Wyoming.  Josie is admitted to practice law in the State of Utah.
